Evolution gives NetEnt until November 20 to accept their offer

It looks like NetEnt will be taken over by Evolution in the near future. Whether this event will take place in 2020 or the next is unknown. This will depend not only on the two companies, but also on the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).

Due to management investigating before approving the deal, Evolution was forced to push back the deadline for accepting their offer from October 30th to November 20th. After all, the CMA will only say on November 16 whether this deal is acceptable or not. And that is just a preliminary date. From September 22 to October 5, the management collected comments on this transaction from all interested parties.

All other conditions remain the same. Evolution offers to sell them 100% shares at the price of 1 NetEnt share = 0.1306 Evolution shares. That is, in this case, Evolution will be the sole owner of the studio. This became known on July 24.

In Malta, the relevant authorities have already given the green light to the deal. If there are no problems in the UK, and NetEnt shareholders accept the offer towards the end of November, it is assumed that the deal will begin in early December.
